A Comprehensive Training in Trauma-Informed, Somatic & Phenomenological Therapy
You've already learned the theory of attunement, co-regulation & transgenerational trauma. Now this course teaches you how to directly work with it.
Level 1 is a 16-week live online training programme in the InCorr Method — a body-based, phenomenological approach to trauma therapy.
Grounded in the latest neuroscience of trauma, the programme provides therapists, coaches, and practitioners with a structured, evidence-informed framework for understanding and working with primary pain, emotional wrapping, and the hierarchy of suffering.
This course is designed for those who want to move beyond talk therapy and develop the precision, language, and practical tools to help clients access and heal at the deepest level. Participants engage with live coaching demonstrations, case studies, client audio analysis, and experiential exercises throughout the programme.
The programme is delivered through weekly live sessions, supported by an online academy with recordings, documentation, and additional resources. A final assessment and case study submission complete the course.
